"I recently bought a 1997 Kawasaki ninja EX250. and although my baby might be old, she still kicks hard, she flies good. and fast. i really apprecaited the employees there, they worked hard to get me my first bike. and now that i have one. i love it, catching the air going fast, but keeping safe. are what a bike is about, and being safe is the number one key to having still a good lookin bike. "Bought a new Royal Star Venture in 2007. Best bike I ever owned except for the 1999 Royal Star that I traded in. Fantastic experience with Watts. Made my wife and I feel like they really appreciated my business. Service Dept is the best. Great products and great people to work with. "Hello my name is Ramon Martinez. I just purchased a new V-Star 1100 Thursday. I just wanted to compliment on the outstanding service your store has. Trent went above and beyond great customer service. This was my first bike, and I was kind of scared when I found out I was approved to get one, but Trent was great. He spent some time with me in the parking lot going over the basics for about half hour. I had ventured off just a few more feet to show my friends at McWhorter's my new buy and Trent jumped on a bike to go around the block to make sure everything was alright. That was an amazing feeling to know that I wasn't just another sale and Trent was really concerned for my safety. Blake also did a great job going over the basics of the bike and the maintenance plan I purchased. You entire staff was very friendly and I look forward to bringing further business with you store.
